More 80s Playlists and into the 90s: the 120 Minutes Era

I found it interesting that it was a bit harder to build long lists the further I got from 1983. Strange. I do know right around 1987 popular music was starting to become filled with an increasing amount of rap, and later, more country--two of my least favourite genres. Still, alternative music was starting to emerge and gain traction too. I fondly remember watching many of the videos in these lists on MTV's 120 Minutes.
